Help us keep our winning streak! To be part of this 10-week training program, register here. Not a runner? No problem! Walkers are welcome! Cant walk or run due to injury or other reason? Consider the Aquathon as a choice! Not a swimmer? No problem! register for the Epic Races duathlon instead.
NEW this year! I am partnering with Girls on the Run of Southeastern Michigan. When you register for Tri Yogis you will be given the option to donate to Girls on the Run SeMI. This is 100% optional! As the founder of Girls on the Run SeMI I am proud of how far the organization has come and believe whole heartedly in the power of role models. Thank YOU for being YOU!
Tri Training Details:
When: Saturdays 8:00-10:00 AM from April 18 to June 28 (race day)
Location: Big Portage Lake State Park, 11500 Seymour Road, Grass Lake, MI
Target race: Tri Goddess Tri
YOU MUST REGISTER SEPARATELY FOR TRI GODDESS TRIATHLON. BE SURE TO SIGN ON AS A TRI YOGI UNDER THE TEAM CATEGORY — TriYogis20
As a “Tri Yogi” you will receive:
- An individualized training program specific to YOUR needs and abilities
- Tri Yogi Swag
- Strength and Flexibility Exercises
- Triathlon-specific workouts including Open-Water Swimming and Bricks (swim/run and bike/run)
- Supportive and inspiring training team mates
- Race site specific training to maximize your confidence in your race goals – learn the ins and outs of the race course while you train!
Not racing in the Epic Race Tri Goddess Tri, but love the idea of a supportive women’s training program? Looking for support and help to learn skills for swimming in open water, running and or biking? Participants are welcome to join the training whether or not they intend to participate in the Tri Goddess race.
